2. Description of service

Bondify provides practice content, English-learning tools, IELTS-style and similar educational challenges, events, leaderboards, profiles, rankings, tokens, and related digital features.

3. Educational use only

Bondify is an independent learning and practice platform. Bondify is not an official IELTS testing center and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IELTS, Cambridge, the British Council, IDP, ETS, or any official examination authority unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that happens under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or integrity of the platform.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat in events, challenges, tests, or rankings
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or exploits unfairly
• Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions
• Copy, scrape, distribute, or resell platform content without permission
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or provide false identity information
• Use the platform in a way that harms Bondify or other users

6. Events, rankings, tokens, and rewards

Bondify may offer events, challenges, virtual tokens, rankings, badges, streaks, and reward systems. These are provided at our discretion and may be modified, paused, reset, or removed at any time.

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and remove scores, rankings, rewards, or access if cheating, manipulation, or abuse is suspected.

7. Payments and purchases

If Bondify offers paid features, subscriptions, premium access, tokens, or event entry, you agree to pay all applicable charges as presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable after purchase or after access to digital features has been granted.

8. User content

If you submit answers, writing responses, profile information, comments, feedback, or other content, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Bondify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use that content as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the service.

9. Intellectual property

The Bondify platform, branding, design, code, text, graphics, features, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Bondify available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

11. Disclaimer

Bondify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bondify and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Bondify at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, or engaged in abuse, fraud, or cheating.

14. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Your continued use of Bondify after the changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing rules

These Terms will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
